Retroist Galaxy High Podcast

Retroist Galaxy High Podcast

Welcome to the Retroist Galaxy High Podcast. On today’s show, I talk all about the short-lived cult Saturday Morning cartoon classic, Galaxy High. This classic show was one of my favorites when I was younger. I am pleased to finally get to talk about it.

On the show I talk about how it was made, the people behind it, the cast, the characters, its release in print and on home video and more.

Music on the show was provided by Peachy.

  1. Holy Cow, I can’t believe you did a podcast of this show! I thought NO ONE remembered this show. I loved it when it was on. Can’t wait to listen to the podcast. Thanks!

  2. John, glad to hear I am not the show’s only fan. Hope you enjoy the podcast.

  3. Well I guess there’s at least a few of us out there 🙂 I’m downloading it now to listen to on my long ride home. Can’t wait.

  4. Awesome! I loved this show! I remember when it debuted because I was sick at home, being sick on the weekend was always the worst, and was running a pretty high fever. I taped it and my Father and I watched it probably 5 times in a row.

I can’t wait to hear the podcast on the way home. 🙂

  5. Great podcast!

It’s indeed a cool thing to be able to share a series’ awesomeness with someone.
Be it with a fellow fan or not.

On the rare occasions I hear younger folks rave breathlessly about some show, it takes me back to my stored-up memories.
I usually have to hold back on praising the retro-worthiness of Lidsville (seriously), lest they think I’m an insane hat-lover.
And I’d be all like “No, no, it’s the Kroffts, they made good TV for my growing mind and…eh…sorry…you go on about the pokey-something. I’d love to hear more.”
    And I would.
